During an interview on Linearock.it, Iommi discussed almost everything.

For the one year of Ronnie James Dio’s passing:

"I can't believe how a year has gone by so quickly. SinceRonnie's passing, there was a lot of grief and a lot of upset because we shared a lot of life together. Being in the same band together, we got very close, and we were very good friends. And when somebody goes that quick, it's very much of a shock, and I can't tell you how sad the whole thing's been. And it took a long time to even, sort of, let it go.. And he was a true genius, really, and a true believer in what he did”.

On future plans:

“I've got a lot of things in the can, but I can't talk about that at the moment. I am doing my autobiography now [entitled 'Iron Man: My Life With Black Sabbath And Beyond'], which comes out at the end of this year. I'm also doing [music for] three movies… And I've also got another project that I'm writing at the moment. I'm doing a lot of writing."

As far as WhoCares, the new Iommi/Gillan collaboration is concerned, the album shall be released June 27 in the Northern Americas while it will be released quite earlier in Europe, May 24th. It has already been released digitally.

In this album there is work by Jon Lord, Nicko McBrain, Jason Newsted and Mikko Lindstrom. All income from the first single shall be donated for the reconstruction of an Armenian music school, while the single edition will contain a 40-minute documentary on the involvement of Iommi and Gillan in the Armenian cause.
