The album opens with “Higher”, a typical mid-tempo Pell track that disposes you for what will come next. “Ain’t Gonna Win” is a powerful track with a catchy chorus that gets in your head right away. “Angel Eyes” is also one of the highlights along with Riding On An Arrow”, “Buried My Soul” and the atmospheric ballads “Touching My Soul” and “Northern Lights”. The album has not weaknesses; it is a great album in all.
