2008 should be named “Year of traditional Heavy Metal”. We have listened so many new and good releases of new and old bands. Here comes the new album of an underrated band (just my humble opinion), actually their 15th album.

Matt Sinner and his gang, after all these years of serving the sound of classic Heavy Metal non-stop, and loyally, gives us a new dynamite from the start to the end. Traditional German melodic power metal sound, like the one they always had. “Fist to Face”, “Unbreakable” and the title track “Crash And Burn” are surely among the best moments of the album that has the luck of a very good production and sound.

Yet another great moment of traditional heavy metal this year, from a band that you always could count on. I can not say that the album will be considered as a classic, nor their best moment. But you can surely spend your money on it without regret. It’s up to you.
