Michael Bormann
"Capture The Moment"
Label: RMB Records
Michael Bormann's (Jadded Heart, Zeno, Bloodbound, RedRum) new studio album entitled "Capture The Moment" is a remarkable piece of work consisted of totally 14 melodic rock tracks in the vein of Bormann's familiar sound, although Def Leppard (especially as far as background vocals) and Whitesnake influences are very clear in it.
Michael is playing all the instruments on the album, bass, guitars, keyboards, drums, background vocals and he has also made the production himself. Plus, there are some special guests, like Sabine Edelsbacher (Edenbridge) with her background vocals in "Glory And Pain", Sonja Rippelmeier on a duet with Michael in "Don't Bother Me" and no other than well known Tommy Denander who is playing additional guitars, keyboards and bass. The quality of the songwritting is really high while songs such as "When Push Comes To Shove", "Live Your Life", "Glory And Pain", "Doing Or Not", the fantastic ballad "Still Haven't Found it" and the amazing "Just A Little While" are the highlights of the album.
Michael Bormann is a talented musician faithful to his sound, a musician that never lets down his audience with music experiments. On the other hand, he makes sure that he fulfils the expectations of his audience delivering high quality melodic rock/ hard rock.
"Capture The Moment" is simply an album that worldwide melodic rockers will love, an album that is simply outstanding! |
