English label Copro records delivers debut CD from thrashers Memorial. This Danish act has put out also 2 demo and a mini CDs and expectations from their ten year presence in the scene are higher than what is offered “In The Absence…”.

They try to play with aggression, strong rhythms and groovy beat downs and though their ideas are nice they fail to create something memorable. So, some of these ideas end up disastrous and even the vocals, despite rabid throating by Neil Poulsen, can’t convince, either. And what can someone say about a good production in a sea full of them?

Modern thrash metal freaks can check this out; just so they agree this album is boring. However, this is just the first full attempt for these guys from Grindsted and we expect them to improve.
